Classic Mead

Characteristics: This is the original recipe, a fermented drink made from honey, water and yeast.

Also known as mead or honey wine, it is the oldest alcoholic beverage made by mankind, more even than beer. Its range of flavors, although sweet in base, tend towards the semi-dry aspect of fermented drinks.
