Shipment of the order

Once the purchase order has been confirmed by email, you will receive it at your address within approximately 48-72 hours (in Spain). Except when the product has to be customized, in which will be indicated.

Failure to comply with the delivery deadline will not be considered to be the one caused by the absence of the recipient, change of address, consignee or unknown address, closure for vacations, late deliveries in second delivery attempt, causes of force majeure or fortuitous event or other taxable to the Agency.

Shipping costs

In order to offer you the best price for shipping costs, a fixed cost will be applied depending on the weight (Kg) and the distance (Km) of the package to be sent.

For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands or destinations without a fixed postage rate, the order will be formalized with postage due. We will send you an email with the amount of the shipping costs shortly so that you can make the payment.


At Naturval, our maximum objective is the satisfaction of our clients. Therefore, we want to make sure that the products always correspond to your expectations. If not, you have 7 business days, counting from the day of receipt of the merchandise, to return the product.

You just have to contact us through the following link Customer Service indicating your Name, Address, Telephone Number, ID and the product you want to return. We will contact you to agree on the day of collection of the product.

You must return the merchandise intact, in its original packaging; the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The refund of the purchase will be made, in any case, upon receipt of the items at Naturval Apícola, SL, after checking the status of the merchandise, which must be unused and in its original packaging, the amount will be refunded (shipping costs not included) in the same mode that the purchase was made.

Returns will not be accepted for those products that “can be reproduced or copied immediately, that are intended for body hygiene or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned” (Retail Trade Regulation Law Art.45).

In compliance with Art. 40 of Law 47/2002 of December, amending Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Retail Trade Organization, the customer has the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, by which they may return the product received if you find that it does not meet your expectations, but necessarily within a maximum period of SEVEN business days (from receipt and according to the official calendar of the place where the good has been delivered), in its original packaging, without having used it and through the logistics operator that supplies it, the return costs, as well as the damage to the object of the purchase, being the CUSTOMER’S CHARGE.
